Stir-fry curried tofu with green beans warp.
I love using curry powder to season my stir-fry dish. The aroma is just so amazing when cook with it!
Pan fried the tofu and green beans first until they are golden/ soft. Then seasoned with curry powder, salt, black pepper and a dash of soy sauce!
Side salad: vegs with ponzu sauce ! Yummy ♥

減醣飲食生活不知不覺的進入到第15週！ 這週的計畫是除了早餐可以吃一片吐司，其它時間不攝取醣類。而且可以的話，把進食的時間控制在8小時內。
今天午餐，眼看著剩下一片的低醣捲餅躺在袋子裏，想著如果不吃，那片就要丟掉了！轉念一想，早上沒有吃吐司的扣打，應該可以彌補一下吧！🤣
給自己做了一份咖哩粉炒板豆腐丁四季豆。
紮實的板豆腐，稍微用紙巾把水份吸乾點。不沾鍋少油，四季豆和豆腐一同入鍋，不要急著翻炒，讓豆腐略煎上色。
接著再多加一點點油，加入蒜末、咖哩粉一同翻炒至四季豆熟，加鹽調味，即可起鍋。
包進捲餅裡就是一份飽足感十足的午餐。
另外快手備了一小碗蔬菜配碰醋醬油的沙拉，補足蔬菜的攝取量。（午餐和晚餐都是，蔬菜類要維持在每餐的50-60%的比例）

【Ingredients】Make 8 Cookies
●60g Rice flour
●60g Almond flour
●30g Cane sugar
●A Dash of salt
●2g Baking powder
45g Oil
1 tbsp～ milk
20g Sliced almonds
【Directions】
Preparation:
Line the cake pan with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 320°F/ 160℃.
①Add the ingredients marked with ● to a bowl and mix well.
②Add Oil and Milk..
***If you can't bring the dough together, add milk to adjust.
③Add the sliced almonds and and mix.
④Place the dough between 2 pieces ofparchment paper and roll it out to a thickness of 1cm and cut dough into 8 pieces.
⑤Put the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
⑥Let the cookies cool completely on a baking tray.
【材料】8枚できます
●米粉 60g
●アーモンドプードル 60g
●きび砂糖 30g
出来ればコクのでるきび砂糖を使って頂きたい!
でもグラニュー糖でも出来ます。
●塩 少々
***味のアクセントになるので塩は少量ですが加えるのが良いです
●ベーキングパウダー 2g
太白ごま油 45g
***お好みのOil でOkです
牛乳 大さじ １～
アーモンドスライス 20g
【作り方】
準備:
天板にはクッキングシートを敷いておく。
オーブンは160℃に温めておく。
①●マークの材料をボウルに入れて混ぜる。
②そこに太白ごま油、牛乳を加えて混ぜる。
***全体をまとめてくれるのが牛乳になりますが、加えすぎると逆に崩れるので加えても大さじ2までにします。
③アーモンドスライスを加えてざっと混ぜる。
④クッキングシートの間に生地をはさんでまとめながら生地を1cmくらいの厚さにし、8つにカットする。
***生地はぎゅっと押して固めながら平らに。カードなどを使うと四角にまとめやすくなります。
⑤天板に並べて160℃のオーブンで20分こんがりと焼く。
⑤熱いうちは崩れやすいので天板のまま冷まし、その後冷めたら湿気ないように袋やタッパーに保存する。
●クッキーの大きさは動画の1/3の大きさにすれば、もっとざくざく
食感に焼き上がります＾＾
●米粉のこと
米粉はメーカーさんよって粒子の細かさに違いがあるため、水分量のバランスを取るのがうまくいくかどうかにかかってきます。
出来れば同じ米粉が手に入ればいいのですが、もしお手持ちの米粉を使われるときは、オイルや牛乳などで少し調整をしてください。

Street Fighter II': Champion Edition (or Street Fighter II Dash, as it is officially pronounced in Japan) is a port of the 1992 arcade game of the same title released for the PC Engine. It was the second and last Street Fighter game released for the platform, following Fighting Street (a retitled port of the original Street Fighter). Unlike its predecessor, which was one of the first PCE games released in CD-ROM² format, the PCE version of Champion Edition was a 20-Megabit HuCard, which was the largest ROM size that the format was ever available in. As a result, the Champion Edition HuCard is a bit thicker than other releases.
The PCE version of Champion Edition was the second console release in the Street Fighter II series, following the Super NES version of Street Fighter II: The World Warrior released the previous year. The PCE Champion Edition was considerably more accurate to the arcade version compared to the SNES World Warrior, as it has more accurately drawn ending sequences and retains all of the announcer's voice clips (such as when counting down during the continue screen or when mentioning a country's name before a match), and it even restores the barrel-breaking minigame that was missing in the first SNES game. However, it lacks the Turbo mode that was later added in Street Fighter II Turbo: Hyper Fighting for the SNES, as well as in Street Fighter II′: Special Champion Edition for the Mega Drive.
